My friend Chanel knows me well. She called me the other day and told me that she wanted to motivate me to finish my patriotic house quilt (this was a block exchange we did together with some of our other friends). She told me that she was already quilting hers, so I had to get busy to finish before her. Well, I finished it today, but I haven't heard if I beat her yet. I am excited to hang it up for Memorial day and it will stay up for 4th of July and Chanel knows it will probably be up until Halloween. I still haven't taken down my St. Patrick's Day garland, now I'm embarrassed so I'll do it tonight. By the way Chanel, it is quilter, bound, and labeled.

I love the motivation you had to get it finished. I am impressed with how you finished it as well as the fact that it is labeled too.
You win.... as always. You are to speedy for me!
Did you like my message on your cell phone? I'm sure you didn't know what a good singer I am.
YOU ARE THE CHAMPION!!!!!
You are amazing!
It looks so good! Now I want to get mine out and finish it. I am in the process of getting a new machine. I have been back to the same store - of course the only one on the island, many times to make sure it's the one I want. I will be able to quilt my own projects on it. I can't wait! Did you see my turning twenty on my blog?
I am in love with that quilt! You are so stinkin' talented!
I loved seeing you last week! Can you believe all that took place after you left! You were so right on... I was in labor! Let's get together again real soon. Except this time I am going to take care of you and make you something and clean your house (maybe not the whole thing) and feed you! Thanks again, you're the best!
Hi Jack, I like your quilt. I love the border! I'm glad you are taking doen the St Patricks day decorations finally.
Jackie! Hi! I can't believe it's been so long. I found your name on Sarah's website. We just started a blog a couple of months ago after Anna was born...yes, we have 3 girls. Crazy, huh? Your kids have gotten so big! My page is mikeandangiethompson.blogspot.com. How is life for you? Are you still in Redlands?
All right, Jackie--I see you just about every day, and you never even mention your quilting. That is BEAUTIFUL!!! What a gal! Ethan has some Thomas the Train fabric that I bought 2 years ago, and he asked me to ask you for sewing tips. Talk to you soon!
